Kate Gosselin in April of 2010 sighted departing the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in New York City. We like her in this tight black dress with silver studs covering the straps and along the front. Her medium length blonde hair looked perfect set in these big curls. Her lips were a soft glossy pink – this is a great look for her.
